Privacy policy
This notice describes what the application stores in the browser and what data may be processed by hosting or email services.
Controller and contact
For processing related to Superba Knowledge, the contact is Claudio Leon at info@superbaknowledge.org.
Data collected directly by the application
The application does not require an account and does not directly collect personal data. It uses no analytics, advertising trackers, profiling cookies or submission forms. The public code makes no network request to transmit interface preferences or learning progress.
Local browser storage
To support interface functions, the browser may store:
sk-langinlocalStorage: selected language;sk-checklist:<path>inlocalStorage: checkbox state for interactive checklists on an individual page;sk-sidebar-scrollinsessionStorage: sidebar scroll position;sk-nav-gruppiinsessionStorage: open or closed navigation groups.
These values remain on the device and are not transmitted by the application. Session entries end with the tab session; local entries remain until removed through browser or site-data settings.
Cookies, embedded services and external links
The verified build sets no cookies and embeds no third-party iframe, font, script or tracking tool. Links to regulatory sources, Superba platforms, Unsplash or other sites open only when selected by the user; the visited site’s privacy terms then apply.
Technical hosting logs
The hosting provider may process request data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource and user agent for delivery, security and diagnostics. These logs are not created by application scripts; access and retention depend on the hosting configuration and service terms.
Email communications
The email link opens the user’s mail application. If the user chooses to write, the address, message content and communication metadata are processed to answer and manage any follow-up through the respective email providers, and retained for as long as needed for that purpose unless applicable obligations require otherwise.
Rights and requests
Where applicable law provides, users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection concerning correspondence data, and may complain to the competent supervisory authority. Requests can be sent to the contact above. Locally stored states can be removed directly through browser settings.
