PR 1A governs transfer of class, not simultaneous maintenance of two classes; in 2026 Rev.11 is current and Rev.12 is future from 1 January 2027.

Scope of Application

Each Society retains its own status, due dates and decisions unless documented otherwise.

Procedure / How to Complete It

  1. Identify the multi-class agreement and work split.
  2. Maintain and reconcile two status records and backlogs.
  3. Use PR 1A only for transfer/withdrawal within scope.
  4. Mark Rev.12 future until 2027.

Practical Example

Two Societies coordinate attendance under a bilateral agreement; PR 1A enters only when one is Losing and one Gaining Society.
